An automatic planting machine for lettuce seedlings or salad greens will increase your farm efficiency and production.
Checchi & Magli planters allow dense planting with inter-row spaces as narrow as 25cm and up to six rows per bed. Depending on the transplanter model and your settings, you can plant up to 5,000 seedlings per hour per row.
Consistent planting depth is important for lettuce and salad greens because they are small and delicate seedlings. Checchi& Magli planters adapt to the bed contour and soil conditions, adjusting the planter so that all seedlings are planted to a consistent depth and a pressed finish.
